The 40mm or 43mm thick panels are injected with high-density polyurethane foam (density ≥45kg/m³), delivering exceptional thermal insulation with R-values of 14.96 and 18.25. For larger openings, optional 40mm/60mm/90mm back stiffeners (TSM434/436/439) enhance structural rigidity. The 2‑inch or 3‑inch galvanized steel tracks (2.2mm thickness) support high-lift or vertical-lift configurations to suit diverse ceiling layouts.
Equipped with a bottom safety airbag that automatically reverses the door upon contact with obstacles, preventing damage or injury. Dual wire rope break protection devices at both bottom ends instantly engage the track to prevent free-fall in case of cable failure. The motor features a manual release clutch for emergency hand operation during power outages. EPDM rubber seals at the top, sides, and bottom ensure complete airtight sealing. The door withstands wind loads up to National Standard Class 12 (32.7–36.9 m/s), with optional man-doors and transparent windows for personnel access and visibility.

Track options include 2‑inch (Φ51mm) or 3‑inch (Φ76mm) galvanized steel rails with high-lift or vertical-lift configurations. Areas under 10m² are priced at a minimum of 10m². Full customization includes door dimensions, color selection, and optional man-doors or windows.
